Stay on schedule to optimize your cleanse!

We suggest drinking the juices in the order that we label them,

but it is most certainly not mandatory to drink them in this way.

This is just how we would do it!

Depending on when you start and finish your day, we suggest drinking a juice every two hours.

Even though it seems like you are getting plenty of liquid,

you have to remember that you are flushing toxins out of your body,

so you will need the water to stay hydrated!

Water will help prevent fatigue and muscle tightness thoughout this time as well.

Plan ahead.

You cannot drink your juice if you do not take it with you when you leave the house.

It's normal to notice some fatigue, dizziness, constipation, diarrhea, or headaches.

Drink more water or juice to lessen your side effects. But be able to LISTEN to your body.

If you need something to eat, then EAT.

If you do need to eat, we advise eating raw vegetables, raw fruits, or raw nuts.

Exercise and activity are great during the clease, however, do so moderately.

Take it a bit easier than you normally would, and know when you need to rest.

If possible, drink your last juice at least one to two hours before bed.

Remember to get PLENTY of SLEEP.

After your cleanse we recommend that you introduce solid food slowly back into your diet.

We reccomend staying away from meat, dairy, processed foods, caffeine, added sugar,

and alcohol for as long as possible.

Your body will be feeling so good and pure after your cleanse,

that you want to avoid reintroducing all the daily toxins!

Show yourself some love. Eat & Drink CLEAN!

Remember to buy organic and local produce when possible.

**We are not doctors and do not make any claims to be so. Please consult with your primary physician if you have any medical conditions that would conflict with our program.**

On a side note we do believe that with a proper diet and some moderate exercise that you can transform your mind and body, one good decision at a time!

Mentally and physically prepare for your cleanse.

Let us say that again.

Mentally and physically prepare for your cleanse.

You are going to want to start removing processed foods, coffee, caffeine,

dairy, alcohol, and added sugars a few days, up to a week, prior to cleansing.

In addition to this, it would be a good idea to start adding in more nutricious foods,

raw fruits, and raw vegetables — especially  the green ones!

Be sure to hydrate and drink at least eight glasses of water every day.

It can be fun to keep a journal before, during, and after your cleanse!

Keep track of what you are taking in, how it makes you feel, and any things that you notice.

This can be very informational after your cleanse.

You might notice that certain foods very greatly affect the way that you feel, in good and bad ways.
